Voting in Lake Nebagamon takes place at the Auditorium located at
11596 E Waterfront Drive with polls open from 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Tuesday, April 1, 2025
- March 10, 2025: Last date for municipal clerks to receive ballots (you will be notified when they are available)
- March 13, 2025: Late registration begins (can only register in clerk's office)
- March 18, 2025: In-person absentee voting may begin
- March 22, 2025: First date public test may be conducted
- March 27, 2025 - 5 PM: Deadline for regular and overseas electors to request absentee ballots by mail
- March 28, 2025 - 12 PM: Deadline for candidates to file as registered write-ins
- March 28, 2025 - 5 PM: Deadline for calendar year, IC and military electors to request absentee ballots by mail
- March 28, 2025 - 5 PM: Deadline for electors to register to vote in clerk's office (For this reason, you MUST be available until 5 PM this date)

Absentee Voting
TYPE E NOTICE - April 1, 2025
- You must be registered before you can receive an absentee ballot and unless you qualify for an exception, a photo I.D. is required.
- Written Absentee requests are valid for the calendar year unless you are an indefinitely confined voter. These voters will continuously receive ballots for absentee voting until one is not returned, in which a new request would need to be submitted.

Proof of residence is required when registering to vote. Popular forms of proof include:
- Valid Driver’ s License with current Address
- Wisconsin ID
- Utility Bill (Commencing not earlier than 90 days before the registration is made.)
- Bank or Credit Card Statement
- Paycheck
- Student ID (paired with a fee receipt)
Keep in mind that you register and vote in the municipality that you pay taxes to. Your address may be Lake Nebagamon, but your voting location could be in a neighboring municipality. This can be checked at the red link provided above.
